After searching at other RV/camper dealers, Edmondson RV had the deal for us! The kind, knowledgeable staff made it that much easier to find what we were looking for!

We have been looking for a bigger camper for the past 3 months. With this being our third camper we have purchased we knew the specifics of what we wanted. Floor plan, bunk size, extra room for the kids, shower, space when you sit on the toilet and space in the master bedroom. We found a camper that we thought would work and picked the coldest day of the year to look at it. Of course it was outside and about 5 inches of snow. We called prior to our arrival and Chrisitan was waiting for us. He was extemely patient as we checked out the camper in the frigid tempature. We told him the layout is exactly what we wanted but there was still a few things we weren't happy about. He made a suggestion for us to look at another camper and it was exactly what we wanted! He really listened to all of our wants. Showed us all the features of the camper and was very knowledgeable. It was a little more expensive than the one we originAAlly went to look at but the payment was right in our budget! I am so happy with our experience that I have finally wrote my first review. I would highly recommend Edmundson RV and Christian!! Bring on Warmer weather!! We are soo ready to camp!

While out looking at campers, I told my wife to key in the closest dealer to where we were. Up popped Edmonson. Within a half hour we pulled into their lot. And within an hour we were sitting down at the desk, our year and a half search had ended. Christian Price, our salesman was excellent at cutting through the not applicable campers and we picked the first of the two we look at. We'd been lookin for a year and a half and never was our time cut to the chase so quickly. I'm not overly religious but while we were headed there, we got slightly lost and I joked to my wife, God was taking us to our camper. Then to run into a salesman named Christian - Well . . . !

Sales person Tony Helm was great by asking us what we were looking for in a travel trailer. He showed us several models and explained the good and bad about certain options. The showroom was inviting and everyone made us feel comfortable shopping for our first travel trailer.

We had a great experience shopping for and buying our camper. We love it!

Brittany did an excellent job helping us find what we needed. We had originally come in on a monday finding something we liked, but after doing some research we did not have a vehicle able to tow it. We came back on thursday to look at a couple different ones and found the 1940LTD. Half the size, Half the price of the other one. Brittany answered all of our questions, even after we walked the whole lot to find one in good shape that was open for us to look at. Brittany never pushed or even acted like what other sales associates had done by trying to push or say give me the chance to find you something. She stood outside the camper, let us look and talk, and answered questions when we had questions. I would highly recommend edmundson to anyone looking to purchase any type of RV. When our time is right and have the capabilites we will be back to upgrade with edmundson and Brittany.

Shawn and David were wonderful to work with. They were patient and allowed us to look and even stayed after hours for us.

David did a great job helping us find what we wanted. Once the negotiations started he stayed past closing time to help settle the deal. Would high recommend Edmundsons to anyone.

My wife and I were treated with great respect, not just because of purchasing a new TT but overall. I especially love the parts department and you 5 pepper jelly, which I will be getting more when in area again.

This isn't my first experience with Edmundson RV. They replaced the roof on a previous owned travel trailer of mine, and the experience was top drawer. My most recent experience though even topped that. I had purchased a new fifth wheel earlier in the year from another dealership, but my wife and I realized that it was just too much for me to handle after using it a few times during the summer. Knowing Edmundson carried a fairly good size inventory of motor coaches. We decided to stop in, and see if there might be a chance to workout a trade for one of the Thor Motorhomes. We were immediately placed with Hugh (one of the sales persons), and he proceeded to show us some of the different models. I was also assisted at a later visit by Ron another one of the Edmundson sales persons. We later were introduced to the owner Chris Edmundson. Chris sat down with me, and discussed my options, and we came to what I thought was a reasonable traded. I recently retired, and spent almost 40 years in providing customer service. This whole experience is what I considered customer service at it's best, and after meeting Chris and working with him. I can see why the rest of his staff was so helpful in seeing that my questions and concerns were answered.

I would like ever one looking for an RV to have the great experience I had with Ron Marsh my sales representative from Edmundson RV sales. This was the most fun I have had in a long time dealing with Ron for a new RV. He is the most knowledgeable and helpful salesman I have dealt with in years. He understood my needs for an RV and put me in one we dearly love with a very reasonable price. I will always return to see my new found friend for future products.

First of all, I want to say THANK YOU!! We went to 5 different businesses looking at 5th wheel campers on April 30,2016 and came upon your billboard in Greenwood, Indiana. As soon as we walked into the door, we were greeted with warm welcomes and immediately helped with great customer service. The salesman, Jake, was hands down amazing! He spent almost 1 1/2 hours going through each detail that we wanted in a camper and did not pressure us at all. He guided us with pros, cons, helpful hints, and most of all respect. Our 5 year old daughter came with us and he was just as courteous to her as he was with us. Her opinion was valued as much as ours, because camping is a huge part of our family life. He gave her coins to throw into the "waterfall" as she called it, how amazing is that? We came home and talked about everything we saw that day, good and bad, and kept coming back to your business for the simple fact of our salesman's customer service. I can say I have been to many RV dealers and by far they are the best! Their show room is very nice and large with great sales people to help you with what you are looking for and they have great inventory! The parts department is always there when you need something. They have great prices with hard to find parts. The service department is the best I have seen with two guys that care if you have a problem with your RV! Those two guys take care of me with a group of service technicians that treat your home on wheels like its their own!

To the wonderful staffOn September 9,2014 my husband Ray and I were on our way to Florida in our motorhome for a two week vacation. It was 3 in the afternoon and we were almost 40 miles past your facility on I-69 when our motorhome through a major belt and left us stranded in construction. When we contacted your service department we were given the name and number of a tow service that could bring us to you. We were brought in after hours and we were given a plug so we could plug in and then checked in on by the owner to make sure we were comfortable and safe for the night. The next morning 30 minutes before your service department opened we were greeted and pulled into your garage. We needed a belt and a part from the cat dealer several miles away. Your staff offered us a vehicle for the day (we already had a tow vehicle ) made us feel at home and allowed my husband to shower in the employee area offered comfort like we were at home. They had us back on the road by the end of the day!

I have two motorhomes that we have been getting service for the past two years. We have had everything done from rebuilding the rear of the coach due to an accident up to just buying accessories. I have been pleased with the service, accountability and upstanding integrity of the organization. That was recently tested as I had a service issue that could not be resolved by anyone other then the owner, who was out of town on vacation. But I am happy to say that my belief in the organization was correct. As soon as his return I got a call right away and without even having to, "make my case" he was ready to resolve the issue far better then I would have even expected. I will say from experience when they say they stand behind their work and if anything is not to satisfaction they will make it right...I will say from experience this is true. There are not many organizations that truly value their customers, especially in the business of RV service. Their competition is more about excuses then appreciation for their customers and integrity of their workmanship.

My husband and I were traveling in our mh on our way home to alabama. Our awning actually came out on the interstate. We spent the next three hours trying to find a place that would help us on a Saturday. When I called your service dept. the parts manager answered the phone and said for us to come by and he and the service manager would look at it but made no promises. Not only did they fix it problem but they also fed us lunch!! We have never been treated so kindly. They were certainly an answer to our prayers that day. The whole staff was wonderful. I just wanted to send you an email telling you how fantastic that I think you and all of the employees at Edmundson RV are.We bought our BigHorn in August. Shannon went over everything on it with us. There were a couple of items that were going to need attention. Some items we spotted and others that the employees were already aware of.We wanted to camp....We were told to go camp and bring it back at our convenience.

There was nothing wrong on our BigHorn that would hinder our camping so WE WENT CAMPING..... We camped several times in it and took it back to Edmundson's for the repairs. Just a note to say thank you for helping us with our coach last week.My husband and I were preparing to leave for a weekend at Kentucky Speedway. As we began to fill our fresh water tank, water began spilling out under the sink. We called Edmundson and were lucky enough to speak with Bill. We explained the leak and our emergency. As you may remember, we left Krenek RV on Monday, April 15th, and after some 175 miles or so, we stopped at a Rest Area for lunch and discovered that the refrigerator refused to work either on gas or on Generator electric plus there was a blown furnace fuse. We proceeded to a campground in Columbus, Indiana, arriving just as they were closing at 6 PM. We quickly bought some ice to stuff into the refrigerator and researched our options for repair of the refrigerator and furnace.The next morning, we contacted Edmundson RV of Edinburgh, Indiana which was 16 miles North of our campground. To summarize, the people at Edmundson RV were very professional and accommodating. Allen Schoppenhorst, Service Consultant, and Terry Cooper, Service Manager, did a preliminary diagnosis and took the RV into the shop.Edmundson RV, in consultation with Forest River, determined that the cause of the component failures was due to a shorted wire from a control module and that the solution was to disconnect that offending wire and install a new one. This process took two whole days.The technicians that worked on our RV believe that a staple or nail had pierced the wire but did not affect anything until many miles of driving caused it to short out the wire.Although the diagnosis and repair of our RV took what seemed like an eternity to us, we are very fortunate to have it done by Edmundson RV and their great personnel. First and foremost, Allen and Terry interrupted their planned work scheduled for the day to help us. They and the entire staff went out of their way to not only work on our coach immediately but also to make our wait as comfortable as possible.By mid-afternoon of the first day, Allen offered the use of his RV Service Truck so we could drive to the local restaurant area for dinner. We gladly accepted his offer. The next day at noon, Allen again suggested we use the Service Truck to get lunch. This is surely way beyond normal service and it is an indication of Edmundson's management philosophy of providing exceptional Customer Service.After over thirty years of RV ownership, we strongly recommend Edmundson RV of Columbus, Indiana as one of the very best, if not the very best, organizations for RV Service. They are located just over a mile from I-65 and fifty miles or so South of Indianapolis.Despite not being pleased to have to go through it, the outcome of this experience on the first full day of use of our RV on the road is one of "All is well that ends well." Hope all is well with you and yours and that Spring has finally sprung were you are.
